Our company, DOROSIMO MALELIS S.A., is primarily engaged in the wholesale trade of gift items: professional and branded gifts, household items and seasonal products, women’s, men’s, and children’s goods, packaging items, greeting cards, florist items, and printing – promotions.

We would like to thank you for the prominent role you have given us over the past 34 years in the Greek wholesale market and assure you that we will remain committed to this responsibility.

Our company will be present in the following period, expanding and creating new categories of gift items that attract interest and provide our customers with the ability to be more competitive in terms of prices and more satisfied with the character and style that our gift items and products add to the retail stores.

DOROSIMO MALELIS S.A., based in METAMORFOSI ATTICA, always aiming for immediate and complete service, informs our customers with a full catalog three times a year, participates in the largest industry fairs for gift items and seasonal products, while covering all of Greece geographically with the presence of our salespeople, maintaining personal contact and awareness individually for each customer.

GENERAL TERMS OF TRANSACTIONS
The website www.malelis.gr includes the online store for wholesale sales of DOROSIMO MALELIS S.A.

These terms are fully compatible with applicable European and Greek law, and users acknowledge the company’s right to change the provisions of these terms, provided that they do not involve legally binding obligations, and without affecting completed transactions.

The user of the website acknowledges that they have read these terms, agree with them, and undertake to comply with them.

ORDERING PRODUCTS
You can place a valid order through the e-shop once the company has activated your login credentials. Alternatively, contact us via email, phone, fax, or send us a message through the online form on the Contact page.

Upon submitting your order, you will be informed about its correct completion and receive a confirmation email.

The minimum order amount for domestic orders is €150 + VAT.
The minimum order amount for international orders is €300 + VAT.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Payment via Bank Deposit
   Below are the bank accounts where you can deposit the amount to be paid. Once the deposit is made, you must send the deposit slip to the company via fax or email. The order is considered complete only after the deposit slip has been sent. Once the company receives the deposit slip, the delivery time is activated.

3. Upon Pickup from Our Location
   Upon submitting the order form, the customer will receive an online copy of the order, which can be saved.

The website www.malelis.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without being obligated to inform the consumer public.

SHIPPING METHOD – TIME
The company will deliver the customer’s order to their store (within Athens) or to the agency they cooperate with. The average shipping time is 3-5 working days after the deposit date.

RETURN POLICY
The customer must notify the company by phone or email within 15 days of receiving the order, and the company will inform them about the return process.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
These data are processed by the company in compliance with Article 7A, paragraph 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed by the customer, and under no circumstances will they be disclosed, published, or sold to third parties, unless the legal procedures to lift the confidentiality are initiated (Law 2225/1994) or due to national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

MISCELLANEOUS
Force Majeure: If, for reasons of force majeure (e.g., bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you via email, asking whether you wish to complete the order under these conditions. The company is not responsible for any situation beyond its control and will do its best to provide you with the best service possible.
